Rita Pestana
Born in 1987 in Lisbon and based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, since 2011, Rita M. Pestana is a Portuguese-Brazilian graduate in filmmaking at ESTC. For more than 12 years Rita M. Pestana has worked in the film industry at Brazil and Portugal. Rita was selected as a Berlinale Talent in 2018 and completed in 2023, is her debut as a film director.
