Out of order
The film talks about trauma passed on through generations. What does a child experience when caught in the friction of anxiety and events that are inexplicable to them. Using four animal species as metaphors, the film explores the underlying issues in a lyrical way.
Hanna is a freelance animator and animation director based in Hungary. In her work she likes to experiment with materials and techniques, especially stop-motion animation. Animals, nature and surreal situations are reoccurring themes she likes to explore. Rather that linear storytelling she enjoys making lyrical films with special emphasis on mood building. Her BA graduation short ID film was used as the 20th Titanic film festivals ID film. She is a fresh MA graduate of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design.
