Bosteri is a village in the middle of the kirghiz steppe. There, between wild horses and one of the world’s largest mountain lakes, a ferris wheel rises up into the sky that only runs for two months of the year. An encounter with the people that summer has left behind.

Levin Hübner was born in 1988 and grew up in hamburg. Even before graduating from school and social service he decided to become a filmmaker - practical trainings at studio hamburg (tatort) and markenfilm were followed by jobs as director and location manager for commercials. From 2010 to 2014 he studied film directing at the Ifs Internationale Filmschule Köln.
