Regina Guimarães, aka CORBE, was born in Porto in 1957. Together with some of her poems, published in rare editions of a confidential nature, has developed work in the areas of Theatre, Translation, Song, of Dramaturgy, Education through Art, the criticism, Video, Screenplay, Production. He was a lecturer at FLUP, ESMAE and ESAD. Was director of the film magazine La Grande Illusion, president and founder of the Association of Children’s Lumière, the programmer permanent cycle Taste of Cinema at the Serralves Museum. Joined the group that, along with other reflection and creation activities, published the newspaper PREC. He is co-founder of the Center Mario Dionisio – Casa Achada. With Ana Deus, founded the band Três Tristes Tigres. Worked for other bands, including the Osso Vaidoso and Clã. Conducted numerous experiments around the word spoken and sung. Arranges for eight years now, LEITURA FURIOSA Porto, meetings between writers and angry people with the Reading.. Has guided writing workshops and initiation into cinema. Has conducted an extensive video work as “Notebooks”, which has been the subject of some retrospectives. Aspires to be in any place where there is a fair fight to fight. Lives and works in Saguenail since 1975. Hélastre is the sign of their common work.
