FUORI PROGRAMMA
Carla Oppo
UNSCHEDULED Summer Camp, 1957. The little Rossano amuses his mates with magic tricks. His voice, timeworn, undertakes a trip on the memory. An intimate chronicle of the vacations, until memoirs lose solidity to become dreamlike, liquid, free. Images on the thread of the memory, between magic and rebellion. Fuori programma is a found footage work that tries to breathe life into archives.
Carla Oppo (Oristano, 1988) lives in Rome, where she studied contemporary history and she obtained the postgraduate course ‘History and communication specialist’. Her researches are about audiovisual sources, especially cinema. She works with a television production company while she brings forward found footage projects.
