HOME MOVIE HOLES
ALBERT ALCOZ
Home Movie Holes recovers fragments of amateur short films located in a domestic environment, decomposed in a systematic way. Highlighting the initial holes of several reels of 8mm, this piece is structured as a nostalgic review of the process of digitizing footage. This materic film is edited under a preconceived method that reveals the fragility of memory.
