The video follows the artist’s mother for 24 hours from a fixed position using time-lapse photography. The audio consists of two edited conversations between the artist and his mother about her passive lifestyle.
Aleksander Johan Andreassen is a norwegian artist working primarily with video and film. He screens his work in exhibitions and festivals. Andreassen has also done videodesign for theater and cinematography on the stop motion film “Orfeus” (2012). He is currently doing his ma in fine art at konstfack in Stockholm.
